You MUST have a physical on file in Rank One to participate in Football. It must be turned into the high school trainer, Blake Lapier. Please email him if you have any questions: blapier@fisdk12.net.

In addition to turning in the physical, Parents must log on to Rank 1 and fill out the Parent Portal. Click HERE for a link to the FJH Athletics page to find the Rank 1 Instructions.

8A Football Practice times: (once games start)

Mondays: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Tuesdays: Game Days (no practice)

Wednesdays: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Thursdays: 7:00am-7:55am (watching film from the game)

Fridays: 6:20am doors open, on the field 6:45am - 7:55am

First football practice will take place after school on the first day of school, August 17, 2021. YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PHYSICAL AND ALL THE RANK 1 ITEMS FILLED OUT. The coaches will be checking if the athlete is clear in Rank 1 or not.

According to UIL rules, ALL football athletes MUST have 4 non contact and 7 contact practices before a player can enter a scrimmage or game.
