About Ms. Lowe

My name is Carolyn Lowe and I am so proud to be the part of the second grade team at Westwood Elementary.  I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development with a focus in Elementary English.  Previously, I taught first grade, second grade, a self contained behavior unit comprised of first through fifth grade students, and was a behavior coach for a K-4th grade campus.  I have been in the field of education for 19 years .

I am looking forward to working with you this year and ensuring that your child has a wonderful and successful school year.  Open communication and collaboration is key. Please feel free to contact me  at any time.

When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my daughter Allie who is a sophomore in high school.
